we were in a camper van with our family in mobile homes. We loved the site, the area, the river, the loos!

The restaurant - we felt there were not enough staff to cope with the demand.

I liked the way rhe site managers were obvious in attendance

The service in the bar and restaurant was short of satisfactory. When the bar manager was working things were better but his staff were more attentive to their own agendas than serrving waiting customers. Our party of 14 ate at the restaurant one night and it ranks as the very low point of a 2-week holiday.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff with excellent English (thank you!). Very clean campsite. Beautiful location with great access to the river. This was our second visit and I'm sure we'll be back. (Note, I give 1/10 for accommodation and comfort because we had our own tent so these two items are not relevant).

Some of the evening entertainment was a bit too loud and ended a bit too late. The food at the restaurant was good but there wasn't much choice for vegetarians.

Fantastic campsite good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, very clean & modern shower blocks, good pitch for my big tent.excellent swimming pool and playground for children. We will return here and recommend this site on ZOOVER.COM

Not much we didnt like, only the wasps were a pain, No Bouncy castle, and I would like wifi throughout the campsite to which I am willing to pay for.

The location on the river was great fun for the children and adults alike. There was lots to explore in the region, close by.

The bar was understaffed and the site was crowded. The swimming pool was not large enough for the number of people on the site.

This was an amazingly friendly site! All the staff were very friendly and helpful with tips and knowledge of the area. The location is great, being as it is next to the river in the Tarn Valley over looking cliffs with Buzzards and Vulters in the air above. Would definately recommend this site. After many years camping in France this has been our favourite site.

The river was great. Reception staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was good. The facilities were clean and not too crowded.

The "only swimming trunks" policy in the swimming pools - yet we could not buy any swimming trunks anywhere! Not much shade on our pitch, so it got very hot for the children.

Great staff at the bar and restaurant - wonderful salads. Stunning scenery and region, lots to do if you can tear yourself away form the campsite - the river there is perfect for swimming and diving as well as paddling. Pools wonderful. Loo blocks clean and plenty of hot water. Recycling and rubbish emptied daily. Evening entertainment great fun for all - and the daily kids club looked fun and well organised. We've rebooked for next year!

No loo seats! Half the loo blocks closed each day for cleaning - morning and evening when most people want to use them! The new 'adults only' pool means the staff have to stop children going in all the time - you've made a rod for your own backs there. Men are not allowed to wear longer swim shorts - when we tried to buy some short tight ones from the supermarkets, all they sold were the long shorts!

Peyrelade is in a beautfiul location right by the side of the Tarn river. There is a real feeling of calm and peace here.
